The general terms and conditions of sale individuals below outline the rights and obligations of Savonnerie SAPONAIRE and its professional customers in mainland France and the EU within the framework of the sale of the following goods: Soaps, care products, cosmetics, detergents, and accessories.
Any service performed by Savonnerie SAPONAIRE implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The online shop of the website www.savonnerie-saponaire.com was established by Savonnerie SAPONAIRE, the operator of this site.
Savonnerie SAPONAIRE (SARL) reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Product Information
As provided by Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the potential customer must be able to be aware of the essential characteristics of the products before placing a final order.
Savonnerie SAPONAIRE presents the characteristics of its products with the greatest possible accuracy. In case of error, SAPONAIRE cannot be held responsible. Photos, descriptions, and prices are not contractual.
SAPONAIRE reserves the right to replace a rectangular-shaped soap with another shape of the same weight.
Offers presented by Savonnerie SAPONAIRE are only valid while stocks last.
The soap maker reminds you that their soaps must be kept away from moisture, high temperatures, or intense light.
Order and Order Confirmation
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
- Fill out the identification form on which they will indicate all the requested contact details - fill in the online order form, providing all the references of the chosen products
- Validate their order after checking it
- Make the payment under the provided conditions
- Confirm their order and payment. From the moment the buyer has registered their order by clicking on the "validate" icon, they are considered to have accepted knowingly and without reservation these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices displayed, volumes, and quantities of products offered for sale and ordered. This click is equivalent to a "digital signature".
However, the Buyer can cancel their order by email within one hour of validation.
The Buyer's order must be confirmed by SAPONAIRE by email to the address provided by the consumer.
The sale will only be considered final after SAPONAIRE sends the Buyer confirmation of the order and receives full payment.
SAPONAIRE recommends that the Buyer save this information on a computer document.
Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day of order placement. They are quoted in euros and calculated excluding taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the applicable VAT rate and transport costs on the day of the order.
Savonnerie SAPONAIRE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it commits to invoicing the ordered goods at the prices indicated at the time of order registration.
Discounts
We reserve the right to create loyalty programs and terminate them at any time. We guarantee the application of the benefits, either automatically when our site allows it or manually upon request.
For purchasing groups, we offer 10% off from €80 (excl. tax) and 15% off above €250 (excl. tax) after verification of the group's validity. We reserve the right to set admission criteria; groups are recognized after an interview and presentation of the requested elements.
For free shipping, consult the delivery rates.
Any recurring discount or advantage can be revoked without notice.
Payment Terms
You have various payment methods to pay for the order:
- Cheque (postal or bank), only for France, payable to "SAVONNERIE SAPONAIRE".

- Cash if you choose to collect the order at the soap factory.
Proof of Transaction and Payment
The data recorded by the information and payment system of the website www.savonnerie-saponaire.com is evidence unless there is a manifest error that the customer must prove.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is made:
- Either by direct handover of the goods to the buyer at Savonnerie Saponaire in Monflanquin
- Or by sending a notice of availability to a Pickup relay & lockers chosen among those offered during the purchase process.
- Or to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form by post or carrier chosen during the purchase process.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is only indicative and not guaranteed.
We decline all responsibility for any delay in delivery by the carrier, particularly in the event of product loss, weather conditions, or strike. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. Any claim resulting from incorrect information provided by the client will not be considered in case of delayed or undelivered delivery.
Shipments are made by Colissimo, Pickup relay & lockers (bubble envelope or box depending on the quantity of products ordered).
The customer receives an email informing them of the departure of the package and its tracking number.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must report to the carrier (or the postman) any slightest sign of damage (holes, crushing marks, etc.) on the package and, if necessary, refuse the package. An identical new product will then be resent at no cost.
The exchange of any product declared damaged during transport, without any reservation being made upon receipt of the package, cannot be covered. As with any shipment, there may be a delay, or the product may be lost. In such a case, we contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to find this package. If applicable, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and will deliver a new identical package at its own expense, except in the case of a manifest error by the client in addressing.
Delivery Prices in Mainland France for Individuals:
We cover 1/3 of the actual shipping cost, which includes: packaging + shipping - 33%.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the law of January 6, 1988, of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a 14-day period (as established by the Hamon Law of June 13, 2014) from the receipt of their order to return the delivered item for exchange or refund, at the Buyer's choice, without penalties except for the return costs. The customer must inform SAPONAIRE by phone or email of their decision before returning the merchandise accompanied by the withdrawal form downloadable online. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. They may return the unwanted products by their own means. The value of the returned products will be refunded, excluding the initial transport costs (including free shipping) within 1 to 2 weeks.
Disputes
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. In case of a dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact Savonnerie SAPONAIRE to obtain an amicable solution. Subsequently, and in case of appeal, the consumer can submit a mediation request to the Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice.
