The Julie shampoo bar is a little nod to Julie Driscoll, the 1960s soul singer. Known for her bold hairstyles, she notably wore a beautifully maintained African gouffa. This inspiration reflects the properties of the Julie shampoo bar: it nurtures hair while promoting growth, ensuring healthy roots and vibrant strands. Handmade in our family soap workshop, this bar, thanks to its complex formulation, provides excellent efficacy. That warm hue? It comes from paprika, an ingredient packed with natural antioxidants.

Precious oils with visible benefits

When it comes to composition, we chose the best. Olive oil (Olea europaea) is unsurprisingly one of the best bases for a soap. Coconut oil (Cocos nucifera) combined with castor oil creates a soft, abundant lather with fine bubbles, perfect for a comfortable wash. Unrefined shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii) works to repair and protect both hair and skin. Castor oil (Ricinus communis) not only contributes to a rich lather but also promotes hair growth thanks to its ricinoleic acid content.

The essential oils add both fragrance and functionality. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) stimulates microcirculation, energizing the scalp for vitality. Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) soothes irritation and encourages relaxation. Ylang-ylang (Cananga odorata) balances sebum production, while cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) helps reduce hair loss. And allspice (Pimenta officinalis)? It boosts the formula, waking up your roots. Finally, paprika (Capsicum annuum), rich in capsaicin, completes the formula by supporting scalp vitality.

Soap made with organic oils of olive, coconut, shea, grape seed, castor, and argan, as well as essential oils of rosemary, lavender, ylang-ylang, cedarwood, and allspice. Naturally colored with paprika.
