Bränässla Nettle and Lemongrass Soap

Our Bränässla soap is designed for those who seek comprehensive skincare and a combination of ingredients known to have some repellent effects on annoying insects, especially mosquitoes, while respecting the environment. Our superfatted cold-processed soaps are the product of artisanal soap making under the Nature & Progrès certification. The idea for this soap came about to be presented at the Nettle Festival in Sauvetat-de-Savères in Lot-et-Garonne, a celebration dedicated to this plant with a thousand virtues. Its pretty name "Bränässla" means "nettle" in Swedish. Similar names are found in Alsatian "Brennässla" and in German "Brennnessel".

Composition and Benefits

The Bränässla soap stands out for its unique composition of organic vegetable oils and essential oils. It contains nettle powder, known for its revitalizing properties, and hemp oil, rich in essential fatty acids. Our soap gets its fragrance from Java lemongrass essential oil, known for its purifying effects, antifungal and antiseptic eucalyptus citriodora oil which enhances the lemongrass scent, while peppermint adds an extra touch of freshness. All these ingredients are selected for their qualities and certified organic origins, ensuring a natural product that is gentle on your skin and the environment.
